- This offer is only for new birthday registrations made before the actual birthday date. Registrations done after the birthday date will not be eligible for the offer.
- A valid confirmation email and printed voucher must be shown at the entrance, along with original proof of birth date (Emirates ID or Passport). Copies or photos will not be accepted.
- Free admission can be used on the birthday itself, or up to 4 days before or after.
- The birthday ticket gives access to Dreamland Aqua Park for one day during the operating hours. Extra services or add-ons are not included.
- The offer is valid all year round but is subject to park capacity.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other offer/discounts or promotions.
- Vouchers are personal, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or misused.
- Each guest can only redeem one free birthday entry per year.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the waterpark.
- All standard park rules and regulations apply.
