- Height and Age will be verified upon admission.
- Admission Rates as well as operating schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please note that no refund policy is practiced. There will be no refund for any ticket due to any reason including inclement weather, power outage or mechanical failure of any ride.
- Appropriate swimwear and attires are required when using all water rides and attractions.
- Bringing own food and drinks are not allowed into the park premises.
- Pets and items judged hazardous and dangerous, as well as personal floating devises are not allowed inside the park premises.
- For your safety and convenience please refer to Park Rules and Regulations for admission code, dress code, safety code and code of conduct.

BENEFITS
- Annual Pass is valid every regular operating day during its validity date (Each card has a validity of 1 year from its registration)
- Valid all days except EID holidays
- Buy one Get one offer for every accompanying guests. (Maximum of 4 person)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Members must present their ID’s while entering the park. Multiple entry/exit is not allowed on the same day of entry.
- Membership is non-transferrable & can only be used by the registered member.
- Membership maybe suspended or cancelled prior to expiration on the following grounds:
- Violation of Park safety rules & Regulations.
- Attempted use of the Membership ID of any person other than the registered holder.
- Dreamland Aqua Park reserves the right to reject any application without need for justification
GENERAL PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
- Proper Swimwear is mandatory to use water rides & attractions.
- Violation of Safety rules may lead to expulsion from the Park.
- Any food & beverage are not allowed to bring inside park premises.
- Multiple entry/exit is not possible after check-in.
- Members shall abide by the laws and customs of the UAE. & must not contravene health standards and safety rules at the Park.
- Dreamland Aqua Park General Rules & Regulations applies at all times.
